CLE Information


TransMedia's computerized trial simulations are the first computer games ever to receive CLE certification.  The trial simulations have been certified in:  Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Vermont, and West Virginia.   State specific information is included below.   The credits refer to the computer trial simulations.  An additional three credits can be obtained by buying the audio taped lecture on trial strategies.

Additional Certification is available for members of the same firm for a $50 handling fee.  This covers software licensing and registration.  To order, simply call 1-800-832-4980 or write with the names and bar numbers of those wishing to obtaining credit.  You'll need to identify the original purchaser, and they must be at the same address and members of the same firm as those listed.

Arizona - Each game qualifies for 5 CLE credits.

California - Each game qualifies for 9 participatory CLE credits.

Colorado - Each game qualifies for 5 CLE credits.

Connecticut - Each game qualifies for 7 CLE credits.

Florida - Each game qualifies for 8 CLER credits, or 6 Trial Practice Certification CLER credits.

Idaho - Each game qualifies for 2 CLE credits.

Kentucky - Each game qualifies for 6 CLE credits.

Missouri - Each game qualifies for 6 CLE credits.

Nevada - Each game qualifies for 6 CLE credits.

New Hampshire - Each game qualifies for 7 CLE credits.

New York - Credit in New York is determined by the level reached.   Each level that you pass qualifies you for one credit, therefore, there are 12 potential credits for Expert Witness! and 8 credits for Objection!, Civil Objection! Autoneg and Civil Objection! SlipFall. 

North Dakota - Pre-approval is required; approval is made on an individual basis.

Ohio - Application to be submitted at future time.

Oregon - Each game qualifies for 9 CLE credits.

Texas - Each game qualifies for 5 CLE credits.

Tennessee - Credit in Tennessee is determined by the level reached.   Each level that you pass qualifies you for one credit, therefore, there are 12 potential credits for Expert Witness! and 8 credits for Objection!, Civil Objection! Autoneg and Civil Objection! SlipFall.  Although Tennessee currently only allows 4 self- study credits per year, surplus credits can be carried forward from year to year.

Vermont - Each game qualifies for 7 CLE credits.

West Virginia - Each game qualifies for 9 CLE credits.
